   I don’t dress up my dogs (a pom and a sheltie), because they will have none of it. But this picture is really cute.

   I hate to break it to you all, but those are Rough Collies. You can tell by the size (even though some Shelties top the scales at 40 pounds) and the lack of a break on the bridge of the nose. Cute photo though; I have it as one of my computer wallpapers.
