Friday’s Featured Fuzzy: Splendor in the grass, well sort of.
Here are Lexi and Pyper in the ex-pen at a training session. Lexi’s teaching the puppy the “look” that will get ya out of the pen. They don’t understand that Pyper is still too young to step on the park grass yet.

Good Lord, they’re beautiful. And Pyper’s seems to be a fast learner — got the look down perfectly. Very sincere. Let ‘em out! :-)
I don’t think I could have resisted
The puppy’s got the “look” down perfectly. I surely would reach down and pick him up. Her too!! My own two, Riley and Lizzie, know ‘the looK” works every time!!
:-)
A very pretty pair indeed.
They are both adorable!
Oh my! What a gorgeous pair of Shelties – they are born with the look!
cute…cute… and cuter
THE LOOK ! I AM ALMOST LOST FOR WORDS AND I AM TOTAL MUSH ! LEXIE & PYPER ARE SHELTIE HEAVEN ON EARTH ! PYPER LOOKS JUST LIKE MY GRACIE-SCARLETT WHEN SHE WAS A PUP. I WOULD LET YOU TWO OUT OF YOUR PEN IN A HEARTBEAT ! AND I WOULD TAKE YOU BOTH RIGHT THIS VERY MOMENT. YOU TWO ARE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS !!!!!
Why can’t the puppy go on the park grass? Is it treated with chemicals?
Hi,
It’s too dangerous for puppies who are not fully vaccinated to be on grass where they may be exposed to Parvo or other dangerous diseases. Pyper has completed her vaccines now and is enjoying the parks fully! :)
Aww. How old was the little sweety here?
Dawn, you are right. You are a good sheltie mom for protecting her like that.
Gorgeous dogs, congratulations.
