Last weekend Joey celebrated three events:
1. The first weekend of Autumn
2. His 17th Birthday (He was rescued when he was 2.5 years old from Sheltie Haven Sheltie Rescue!)
3. The Annual Northern Virginia Sheltie Rescue (NVSR) Picnic at Curtis Memorial Park, Hartwood Virginia
Mary Mounts, a photographer with NVSR, captured this picture of Joey enjoying himself at the Autumn backdrop.
How WONDERFUL, Mary K. and hugs to you for adopting him!
Autumn and her friends partied for her 10th birthday.
Cake, bobbing for biscuits, sprinkler fun, find the treat game and more!
Looks like everyone had a blast, Lisa! :)
NJ Sheltie Rescue is trying out a new kissing booth at the events we have coming up this year to raise money. Autumn and Sundae tried it out, but Autumn wasn’t that into giving him a kiss… Maybe he needs a breath mint???
Love this photo Lisa! I hope you raise a whole bunch for rescue!
Sundae prefers the more manly shovel to build up his agility muscles.
Autumn has the better idea.
LOL Lisa! ;)
I play in the leaves. I don’t rake them up!Elvis has such a sweet face Jessica!
Who needs Parental Control monitoring, when you have Sheltie Control monitoring? I’m also under strict supervision at our house too Lisa!
Autumn put her carving skills to the test.
Nice job Lisa…er, Autumn! ;)
Autumn often hangs out at her Sheltie friend’s house when my friend and I go to our breed club meeting. But this time we came home one night to find that someone played with the roll of TP all over the house.
So the pups were sat down and given a good talking too. Even after interrogation they stuck together and no one ratted anyone out.
(I wish I had thought to get a picture of the TP, but alas I forgot.)
The culprits from left to right: Autumn, Tobie, Aurora & Iris.
