For Shelties, sometimes you just gotta “bend” the rules.

“This is Coda being snuck into my mom’s condo – which has a no-pets rule.  Coda loves her grandma so much that she sits quietly in the suitcase – only popping out when in the elevator where there are no cameras – anxiously awaiting a visit with her.”LOL…so wrong – yet so right!  :)
