Our Beloved Boy, May He RIP

We brought our beloved sheltie, Boomer, from another state. We picked up our nervous 10 week old from the airport all those years ago (October 2005). He was born deaf so never heard his name or our voices. It didn’t matter whether he could hear or not — we used hand signals and flashlights (to bring him in from the backyard when it was dark). He loved to go on his daily walks — sometimes he was walked twice a day. Even the day he died he went for a walk earlier in the day. He gave us his unconditional love and we gave him the same. We had him for 13 years and 3 months. We miss him so much and will miss him forever. He died of a sudden heart attack on January 5, 2019. Love you our special Boomer.
