Cody 11-25-2006/4-14-2020

Today we had the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our sweet Cody. He was an amazing sheltie with so much personality. He always played lifeguard when anyone was in the pool, barking and making sure they were ok. He never ate a cookie he didn’t like, but his favorite was pumpkin, which was fitting because he was a Thanksgiving boy. He loved going on walks, it was definitely one of his favorite things. Cody we will love and miss you forever. Run free Cody!

Candles left in memory of Cody

  1. Debbie says:

Mary Lou, I’m so sorry you lost your beautiful boy Cody. I lost my Dallas last month, and not a day goes by that I don’t think of him and miss him! Tears help us cleanse and process our emotions — and when we lose a beloved family member, it’s only right to grieve. Your Cody will be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge. In the meantime, please know that those of us who also have lost our precious fur-babies sympathize with your sadness. May you take comfort in the memories you shared with him!

    • Mary Lou says:

Debbie, thank you for your kind words, they really meant a lot to me. I am sorry about your sweet boy Dallas. Even though they are no longer by our sides, they are forever in our hearts. Run free Cody and Dallas!

  2. Tony says:

Cody After we lost Jesse you stepped up and filled a large void in our lives and for 2 years you did that wonderfully and now you are with Jesse. I miss you the most in the morning getting my first cup of coffee and you looking for your morning munchy. Telling you every morning as I’m leaving that you have the watch and to keep everything under control. I hope you knew that you were loved and now that void is even bigger then it was before. My heart is broken. I hope you enjoyed your life with us as much as we enjoyed you being with us. Thank you for being part of my life. I miss Jar Jar Sheltie
