Mindy was my heart dog. My golden girl who excelled in everything she did. Mindy gave so much joy to all that knew her. She was a compassionate pet therapy dog also. I was clueless about the dog competition world before I got Mindy. We had a wonderful journey learning and competing together. She earned 5 championships and 60 plus titles in obedience, rally, and nosework. She earned the prestige title, an OTCH, Obedience Title Champion, before she was 5 years old. Mindy was so intelligent and loving. A piece of my heart left with her when I had to say goodbye. I’ll see you on other the other side of the Rainbow Bridge, bright-eyed Mindy Lee!

I’m so sorry you had to say goodbye to your Mindy. She sounds amazing, just as most Shelties truly are! I lost my soul-dog Dallas in early March, right before the pandemic. While I’m glad he’s not having to endure this trying time with me and that he’s no longer in pain, I still miss him fiercely. And I know I always will! Take comfort in knowing we’ll meet these precious fur-kids again one day!
