I was fortunate to meet Peggy Fulton who ran Northern Colorado Sheltie Rescue.
Tigger was a rescue Sheltie, full of love and natural beauty.
Following my wife’s passing and a move to a new home “The T Man” became my very best friend and welcomed a tiny runt Corgi to be his sidekick.
