Rescued Shelties

15 year old Skye was rescued from a breeder auction by Sheltie Shack Rescue.  He doesn't have any grey on his muzzle, only his hairdresser knows. ;) Hugs for adopting, Sylvia!

This sweet broken rescued girl only has 8 remaining teeth. Her first 10 years of life were unkind. After a very long fostering engagement, she was adopted. Sydney was returned to me shortly after because she was too damaged for the new family to understand. I love her with all my heart. She is safe, pampered and will never again worry about anything.  Sydney is from Second Chance Sheltie Rescue in St. Louis. Hugs to you Christine for all you do for her!

I would like to introduce you to Katie. Katie is our 7 1/2-year-old Shetland sheep dog that we have rescued from Maine Sheltie Rescue. She is an awesome well behaved love. We fostered her fell in love and then adopted. Yes we are foster failures! Lucky girl, Richard!

Connor, the latest rescue of Second Chance Sheltie Rescue of St Louis, MO. Connor came from a puppy mill but is doing great in his new home. His foster mom thinks he is one handsome devil. We agree, Barb! Look at that face!

Daphne (on the left) was rescued six years ago from Pawsibilities in Port Orange, Florida and turned 13. She is enjoying the day with her sister, Jessie, adopted four years ago. Hugs for adopting, Mary!
