Buddy Two Shoes was a little surprised at sign in designated dog area at I95 rest stop in Florida. He would chase one if he saw it! Fortunately no snakes were observed. (Buddy was adopted from Northern Virginia Sheltie Rescue in 2016.) Hugs for adopting, Joyce!
Senior Shelties ARE special!
These two senior boys take a break in the shade after helping me water the gardens. Buddy at 11 years young (left) and Toby at 13, are both proud alumni of Second Chance Sheltie Rescue of St. Louis. They may not go as far or as fast as they used to, but that’s what makes all of my seniors so special. Hugs to you Christine!

Buddy came to us at 13 months old from a working farm as a working dog. His new life became that of a papered prince that he was born to be. His gets daily walks, goes skateboarding, hiking all over Saskatchewan Canada, camping and fishing. Buddy does it all. I never knew just how smart and loving Shelties are till my Buddy came to me! Welcome to the 'I spoil my Sheltie Club', Bonnie-Jean! ;)
